About us
We specialise in Irish and Scottish inspired cuisine, bringing authentic recipes and flavours to the bustling Scottish street food scene with a unique twist. Bia is founded and run by couple team, Amanda and Jordan, who bring great food and the warmth, generosity and welcoming spirit of Celtic hospitality to street food.
In 2023, Bia competed in the Scottish Street Food Awards and were declared Scottish Street Food Award Champion, taking them to London to compete in the British Street Food Awards where they were awarded the Best Main Dish accolade.
